I love the way sand looks but it freakin blows everywhere with just 1 6101.. I don't know what the heck it's gonna do when I get the other one next week.

I would recommend keeping that first rack a little lower, or making 4 different levels instead of just 3.

I'm not sure if you want to spend the cash, but it might help if you get some 6201 screens from Roger. It will broaden the flow to 5'x30" instead of the more direct flow 7'x24" you're getting now.
