CoralVue KH Guardian Pro Alkalinity Controller Thread

My question is for those of us who dont dose but use CaRx how does this adjust our dkh level?

Corey
Of you get the pro it will dose alk. The monitor only well monitors...

For us with calrx though I just want a monitor to increase reactor as things grow over time or as early indicator I might have issue with a swing in values

Khg will not adjust your carx, I wouldn’t want it to anyways. It’s not reliable IMO. Dastaco is coming out with something similar for their carx so I’m waiting to see how it works since I have their A3 unit.

I started this thread a year ago when shopping For an automated dKH controller. CoralVue was the first brand to release one but soon GHL released one as well so I looked at that one too. I recently pulled the trigger on the GHL KH Director. Nothing against the CoralVue but I already owned a GHL Profilux 4 controller set so it made sense. Both are based on the same technology of using a reagent. I can control the number of tests per day down to 1 if I want but I'm running 4 per day at the moment.
