I tried to PM the link to my photobucket that shows the topper. I'm about 90 percent done with stringing it. I'll send it again from my pc.No sir, I do not see any PM's from you.
Lol... Nice!So ummm... the chaeto has stopped spinning several days ago. I think it's safe to say it will not resume.
The other macros are still in there. Somewhere.

LOL, I aint touching that one.Two or three images immediately popped into my mind one of which wouldn't be safe for work!
In either case, damn funny picture which made me giggle. I see some red middle right so I'm going out on a limb here and say that is at least a piece of macro cloaked in that ball of something...
Same here, until i started using these high powered lights and good flow.Thats amazing!!! I have always been envious of those that grow the stuff, I never have luck trying to grow it.

haha, you have come far, Grasshopper.Best chaeto farmer around! I point everyone to your blog post on chaeto on how to get the best setup for it.
no substrate, lots of light at the right spectrums, suspended, and good flow to get it spinning.
If you don't hear back from me within a few hours I didn't get it.I tried to PM the link to my photobucket that shows the topper. I'm about 90 percent done with stringing it. I'll send it again from my pc.

21" front to back x 13" wide and about 16.5" of water (just under 20g, or about 15% of my display volume)I don't believe it. So much!!!!? Madness. What are the dimensions of that chamber?

So are you just going to manually rotate it now and then?

You need a chaeto stirrer. Ooooh...that's a good idea. Horizontal bar with a grabby brush on the end connected to a gear & motor. Bam
:thumbsup:I ended up buying the same light that you use for your refugium and now my chaeto and growing the same way. The light is an absolute beast!
Yep, 6 weeks.Dennis, did it really tank 6 weeks to get your cover? I priced out the material and tools I would need to make my own and it is not worth the risk of messing up. Getting one is only a few buck more than making my own.
Yep, 6 weeks.
They had fallen behind due to the shows and were catching back up.
It may be more like 4 weeks now. I dunno, I haven't checked.
Check out the thread in their sponsor forum on R two R.
Still 6 weeks. I just ordered one.
