bucks448 i too received the same driver. When I went over to Jays and checked out his lights he was using the 200w with 2 outputs. He ordered
the items and when and I questioned the single output he said that it would work. Josephv I think you ordered before that and have the 2 output driver. I tried to address the issue in a earlier post but no one that had ordered the Fedy drivers acknowledged.Josephv how are your leds? Did you do any par test or test the mA ? And I know that if you dont over drive them they will last longer. But on the other hand if you dont give your corals enough light or par they want last at all. :worried:

My leds are perfect. I thought I had a problem with one of my power supply but it was a problem on my end.The wiring is fixed and they are fine.I run 8 legs of 10 but am considering 8 legs of 11 again

Are you drivers single or duel output and why 11 again?

My drivers are all duel output when you run 11 on each leg they run a bit cooler. Especially the royal blue.

Since the FEDY drivers have duel outputs did you run two legs of four series to make up the eight? I think Jae had mentioned you could use either side or both for the same output.

New to this forum/hobby, been followed this thread for a while now. Finally pulled the trigger on these Fedy LED over the Cree because of the cost. I have 6' tank with 24" deep and decided to go with 112 LED 2:1 white:royal blue with Heatsinkusa 8.460"x71" in 4 rows, am I doing thing right here?

brassmonkeyballs, can you share your wiring diagram on how you run 28 Fedy on the Mean Well ELN-60-48D dimmable driver? I'm planning to get 4 of these.

With 110 18,000k and 70 Royal blue on a 210 that is 24" deep here is the PAR.

Waters surface 10" from fixture PAR 706.

12" into water 396.

Sand bed 285.

Not bad #'s but I left room on the heat sink for adjustments/additions.

This is how it looks in person. The other pic was taken at night with no other lights on in the house so it showed more blue than in person. You can see by the light on the blinds behind the tank that there is more ambient light. The camera on my DROIDX does not take pics very well in low ambient light.

Yes Fedy, the drivers are their 85watters, the water proof one. I do not prefer this one because it is completely filled with some type of gel making cooling more difficult that the non-water proof one. Not to mention the non-water proof ones are 1/2 the price.

So you are not using the 200w with the single output? Well you seem to be getting good par with the 85w driver do you happen to know your mA readings per string ? I am in the process of replacing my Fedy drivers with Meanwell drivers. I have 150 led fixture with 2 meanwells driving 120 leds will be replacing the 85w Fedy mon. with a dimmable meanwell.

I honestly have no clue what the mA reading are from these. I have 10 of them and can't get a reading from any of them. I have not tried the resistor method, but when I do the in line method the numbers jump all over the place. I have used my meter on a standard power supply as a control.....Works fine with exact readings.

From what Ava has explained (I don't think she has an aquarium) the regular blue does not floress, but the RB do. In my tank I can tell you that the RB do....a lot. This is the extent of my knowledge on these.

How many leds series/parallel did you wire to each driver? Did you use any resistor or fuses?
