Ching, I have to say you truly have access to an acrylic master fabricator. Those joints and bends are perfect. thats a tough piece to make out of one strip of acrylic.
On a note about the tunze magnets, are you going to encase them in epoxy? They aren't meant to go in tank, and may rust through.

Yeah tunze magnet can be used inside tank - no problem.
