Looks really good, great job
Dustin, the tank looks great! The place looks pretty sweet, too!![]()
Like the Florence Knoll-style chair as well. I've been collecting mid century stuff for awhile - have a pair of Homecrest siesta loungers, various McCobb pieces (including a low 6 foot credenza with green grasscloth doors), and a really nice very rare pre-Dux Folke Ohlsson 'Sonnet' chair. This is the aesthetic I was going for when designing my setup. I see you've kept everything (including the rockwork) minimalist as well. Minimalist is the look, IMO - and it fits really well with mid century swag. You pulled it off well!
wow I love the tank and stand you built! i wish i was that handy lol good job. can't wait for you to stock the tank!
Any advice on building a similar stand? what kind of wood, and did you paint it only? or did you add some sort of cover to the wood? thanks
ah i actually read the posts above. sorry. So you just covered with ply wood? then sanded it to a good finish then painted? what kind of paint...lol im not very crafty at all.
Going to follow this build. Thats once nice stand .
Excellent work! Stand looks great and I really like the light tree you built. I considered that as well with mine.
Gotta love the slim and powerful ATI fixtures, too!
Well done.
nice job man it look great
Nice updates. What didn't you like about the Vertex Omega?
Nice build.
Very nice build. I love the rimless look and sometimes wish I went that route.
