Thanks buck50bmg for your concerns. I don't quite agree with your statement that 'most Solaris users went through the same issues (for i-series anyway)' but obviously unfortunately I have to be one of those that faces these issues but it's an easy fix and my distributor have been excellence in customer service, which I think it's most important for us hobbies. Not to mention the 2 years warranty, which is much longer than most lighting fixture brand will offer
I have a few friends using the I-series much longer than I have and they have no such issues as mine
If you do a search here in RC, there are also other top branded light fixtures that have problems i.e. sfiligoi and even Giesemann. I'm not going to start a debate here on which fixture is better but apart from the 2 LED not working (which was an easy fix) the light fixture does what it claims and I still think it's the light of the future with it's flexibility in color temperature, brightness adjustment and solar rotation but I guess only time will tell....
However, if I ever do feel the lights will be an issue, trust me, I will defiantly post it here and will go back to MH or even try out T5...![Stick out tongue :p :p](https://cdn.jsdelivr.net/joypixels/assets/8.0/png/unicode/64/1f61b.png)

Well I can see you are going through what most if not all solaris users have gone through. You will now start to see the white LED start to color shift and get dimmer. And more LED strips will go bad. I hate to be the bearer of bad news but you will get to know Carla at PFO a lot better soon. Do yourself a favor and get them swapped for a MH fixture....your SPS will thank You![]()
