Elliott's Reef: 900g DT , 400g sumps

Glad you finally got this thread up! I was not sure you took pictures along the way, glad you did. You have been tested by this tank from the begining and you are now enjoying the rewards of all that hard work. The tank has turned a corner as of a few months ago and is really truly something amazing. Congrats!

many many many thanks Ryan, you played an integral part in this endeavor!

yes, I like to say this hobby is like trying to keep a beach ball underwater, it's a balancing act! :crazy1:

I have two clownfish......lol

Awesome tank. Very inspiring. A system like yours is the reason I got back into saltwater. Didn't realize how much I missed it. I really like the diversity of corals in your tank. The SPS tank builds are so eye popping but I am really partial to a mixed reef.

Congratulations and kudos on a wonderful system.

thank you AZ_reefer, glad you are subscribed!

I don't want to detract from what is obviously a fantastic tank, but I can't help but wonder how you access the front of the tank without an access panel?

Thx,

Dave.M

no worries and thanks for posting Dave.M , this thread's purpose is to foster open dialogue for all of us to learn a little! :)

I have complete access to all areas of the tank from the top, reaching the bottom with my hand while laying flat, the light rack rolls completely out of the way :D

AMAZING! I don't think I have ever seen a feeding system like that, you gotta patent it or something quick.:)

Do you have an automatic water change setup?
