For every person who has had issues with Fedex as many if not more have had the same issues with UPS. No one ships over night through USPS as far as fish suppliers go but if the did you can bet people would have complaints about them too

One of my biggest complaints with both, FedEx and UPS, is that some of their drivers seem to be unable to read addresses. I can't count anymore how often we got packages that were addressed to neighbors down the road or even at other roads. Our packages equally ended up at wrong houses.
Yeah. I had a very expensive package delivered (signature required) to the wrong house. They signed for it. UPS said it was delivered correctly. I eventually got it after making a major fuss, but I was really nervous and really angry.
Make sure you contact Blue Zoo and fill them in on what happened. You paid for priority overnight service, which you did not receive. Blue Zoo should be able to recoup the shipping charges from FedEx, and at minimum credit your account. (Even if you got free shipping, Blue Zoo still might get some money back on shipping.) Also, it will be helpful if the Starkii you mentioned doesn't make it.
I had this same thing happen last Christmas. My wife bought me a new Note 4 for Christmas and it was supposed to be delivered a few days after Christmas cause of weather delays. I kept tracking it because it was supposed to be early AM delivery and it was already past time. Then it changed to delivered but wasn't at my house. Turn out it had been deliver to another house a couple blocks away and the person signed for it and then brought it over to my house for me. I couldn't believe it. I was so mad at UPS and so grateful to the lady that brought it to my house for me. She said she figured it was delayed present and didn't want us to have to wait any longer than necessary so she just signed for it.
There seems to be a pattern with them all over the US. They need to update their procedures or intensify training of their drivers (and make sure they can actually read and have proper glasses).
