...well sort of.
My mated pair of Ocellaris are "shimming"?
the smaller one seems to be in the mood most of the time and today I spotted the female kind of cleaning a spot for the nest possibly?
Anyway we are excited since we set up the BC29 with the only purpose of watching the little clowns open a nursery.

Clown fish are one of the most interesting fish to watch with their continual 'bouncing' and non-stop movement!

How long have you had them? The "shimming" or convulsing is a sign submission. It is common for Clownfish to dig sand out, and that is where they sleep.

I have the clowns over a year now, they "shimmy" a lot more now.
I've never seen them digging the sand to rest till a few days ago I spotted the bigger one kind of accommodating some sand/rubble
