do you mean the one also called "Dragon's Breath"?
I often see it as Halymenia durvillei, but there's a Halymenia floresii too...

I believe the "flame" tipped Halymenia is a variant found strictly in the Pacific. Considering the lectotype, Halymenia floresii, is widely-distrusted with highly variable morphology, morphological methods alone are not the best means of identification. Even Halymenia floresii "specimens from the same locality differing as much one from another as those that may be brought from the ends of the earth" (Harvey, 1862, p. 215).
According to live-plants.com, their Dragon's Breath Halymenia durvillei "features a deep red coloration and brilliant orange - yellow fluorescence tips." Mine look very different though, with an overall thicker foliose and thinner fronds.
