I have asked for a spec sheet and it will come and I will post it here. I was told that we are not publishing this info in advertising for the following reason. HW is the manufacturer and they were among the first to publish such data and the manufacturing process the salt is made under ensures very consistent quality. HW has since stopped using this data in advertising because every other salt company jumped on board and started turning into a game of more is better and lost sight of the fact that NSW is the actual goal and many of these elements accumulate and become toxic. I have always used hW Marinemix on my personal aquariums and my results were always 380ppm Calcium, 9 dKH and I have never been too consistent about testing anything else. It dissolves very rapidly and HW has always claimed to use a unique Iodine formulation where it is bound to a complex molecule so it doesn't deteriorate so rapidly and is somewhat time released. This is supposedly a reef blend so the KH and Calcium are likely slightly higher as well as some of the other reef growth elements. I think people will be very pleased with the salt and as I get more info I will post it.
My bag came today... pretty quick if you ask me... I dont have any testing reagents however... I'd like to see the parameters when the rest of you get your bags....
Thanks for the free bag... Im sure I'll be supporting you if test results come out well... Which I am sure they will....
