This hobby is great. Lots of people go out of their way to help others in distress. Gary M's situation is a great example.

Above and beyond that, I was out bicycling yesterday and got a flat. As I labored in the summer heat, another rider stopped. "Hey man, got everything you need?", "Yeah, all set, but THANKS!!!"

As much as I hate society in general, I seem to have picked some good hobbies. I think water seeks its own level and birds of a feather....well, you know.

I have to add..... Having traveled a lot, and lived in Europe for five years, that America is by far the friendliest country (disclaimer - that I've been to) - been back for a year, and still sometimes I say to myself - man it's nice to be home!!

Would, but I gotta work. If I ride this weekend I'd like it to be dirt. My mountain bike is barely speaking to me. Perhaps Sat am Brandon if the MTB crew is unavailable?

Yeah man, I was sitting on the nest all winter riding my bike on an indoor trainer when ever time permitted. Now when I see an hour and a half window, I'm out the door!!!

I think we might have a green light Brandon. I'm not looking to make you feel like sloppy seconds, but the only reason I ride road is to get in shape for riding dirt. If the "dirtbags" can't ride Sat, I'm down for a ride. You riding Friday regardless? I'll put out the feelers and see if anyone else wants to go. I was talking to Bogosian about it today. Might have a ride out his way, maybe 35miler. I'll keep you posted. Be an early start, like 6:30.
