I'm taxing him alright Lulio all is well- the tank is coming along nicely- way to many gadgets and toys to play with LOL.

I just ordered a spectrapure r/o system to finalize the whole sysytem-then slowly I'll start introducing my critters.

GasMan- I'm sitting here scratching my head saying man I'm jealous how is that when mine is running full of acros. Well done nice and clean can't wait to see it full. I would like to see more of your skimmer drain and how its going to work when its all set up. Keep us posted.

Well thx I guess I have a tank full of acros elsewhere - must of them will need some tlc but worth the wait.

As far as the skimmer waste - as soon as I device a plug for the cup then this will drain into the outside line thru a "john guest" .

Still have tons of work and little time.

Here's how I will feed all of my reactors

Here's how I will feed all of my reactors

Thx to Hillary and his ingenuity this is IMHO the only way to feed reactors thru the same system pump w/o gigantic tees and so forth.
From the elbow tubing will provide feed to all of my reactors and easily regulated with valve or valves individually.

BTW this technique has been trademarked and pending patent.

I think you mean eductors, yes they are

LOL..eductors....Do they make a significant difference?

Awseome tank!!!!!!

BTW- I looks like most flow is coming from one side. Is that on purpose?

Yes they do make a significant difference,

No particular purpose(besides aeathetics since that's the first part of the tank seen when u wlk into the room) the tank flows from left to right and around the corner the PH's on the RIGHT is for that purpose and the pumps are scheduled at different times and strenght.

There's tons of flow in this tank as must of the pumps are dialed back until i get my final rockwork and colonies.

Gasman- How did you get your eductor into your loc-line.

I have searched the loc-line site and others. The eductors ive found are 3/4". I have a 3/4" lloc-line but can find the female end of locline to fit the male eductor.

I just purchased a used 120g system (thanks to CRF) to upgrade my 65G. Considering starting a "upgrade" thread but am embarrased to do so considering what you and Floridiot are doing on this site. :o :eek1: :p

Great Aquascape Gasman!

Less is more in an aesthetic sense. I'm sure once you get livestock in there it will really complete it.

Eddie they just snap on.

Maybe the question should have been, Where did you get them?

All the ones ive seen have a 3/4" threaded end.

There's tons of flow in this tank

Yeah, I'd say that is an understatement!

Three 6100s, a pair of mp40s, and eductors in a 195 gallon tank...

You're going to have to feed your fish a lot. Their metabolism is going to be running in overdrive with all the calories they're going to be burning in there. If you turn the pumps all on high, it will probably look like a jacuzzi.
