Things are moving quickly now, too quick..
The tank is built and crated and expected to ship today, Friday 11/9/12. :spin2: I found a mover experienced in moving large tanks for only about $350 via a conversation with the LFS owner.:celeb2:
The contractor has not built the stand yet :furious: and that is going to be an issue next week. I planned to have the stand match the counter tops but Home depot has to cut the quartz. I really don't want to have to lift the tank to install the quartz after the tank has been placed.
Good news!! Just hung up with the contractor and he is going to build the stand Sunday. Thinks we can use a filler for now and slide the tank to install the quartz. Thank goodness.
Plan to run the plumbing this weekend which looks to be a real job with drywall having to be removed and up threw the floor gonna be a tight fit with the basement ceiling drywalled. Need to run 3 (2 returns and 1 feed) 1.5" flex spa pipes and 1 1" (1 feed) flex spa pipe.
Water storage stand built and set up last night. Just ordered 2 new pumps (Iwaki WMD-20RLXT (American Motor) 540 GPH) from Bulk Reef Supply, one for mixing and the other to feed the refug. Current Iwaki 70 is way to much and overflow can't keep up past about 1/2 way.
Better run 2 more 20 amp lines while I have the hole in the ceiling open.
I'll take some pictures tonight of what I got done and post them.
