Goodbye to Reefing.

It's been a fun ride but "Too hip gotta go".

Family matters dictate that I move on. It's not bad news at all. Just won't have the time or energy to keep up with this hobby.

I've met some good people thru reefing and some have become good friends.
'Marine Aquarists Roundtable of Sacramento' has been a great club to be associated with. I'm talking about some very friendly and generous people.

Here's some pics of my 210. Sorry about the lousy quality but I never got the pic thing down. I'll have to take pics of my 36 gallon Solana later.

sorry to hear, you're getting out. Just remember its and addiction, and I'll give you your first frag for when you decide the withdraws are too much to take :D

Wow Joe! Beautiful pics of your tank! You're good people....I wish you and your family lots of luck.

Don't say it's so, brother!!!! Not you too!! I remember your set-up from its' infancy. It has grown to a gorgeous tank! You don't see many mixed tanks that are so filled out and thriving as yours. And you've always been there for me when I have a "reefin' headache". Can't believe your movin' on from the hobby. Sad news for me, hombre.

Well Joe, My mentor and brother in Christ! Some of us knew the day was coming, yet it still doesnt make it any easier. :sad2: You have been better to me than family and I will always appreciate it! Your words of encouragement have gotten me through some of the hardest time in life. You have a greater calling....Family, and a beautiful one at that so the best of luck to you my friend and I'm sure we will be seeing each other outside of reefing. You know you can live the reef-thing through JP and myself. Awesome pics by the way.....talk to you soon!

Beautiful tank Joe. I especially love that little Acan garden you have there. You will be sorely missed by your group I am sure. It was most certainly a pleasure to have met you, and had you over to my house. You are the kind of reefer that makes me want to keep going in this hobby. Take care my friend.

Thanks to everyone for the kind words. Although I'll be missing the hobby, it's the people that I'll really be missing. I'm gonna have to catch me an occasional MARS meeting.

Ginger...you're sweet, crazy (in a good way) with a heart of gold.
See you at a meeting!

John....I know man, all those reefing headaches. I'm gonna miss those!! Take care bro.

Kevin....God has His own way of working things out doesn't He. You know how to make Him laugh??? Tell Him your plans.
My mom has agreed to move to Sac. Lord willing, she'll be living a few doors down from me. What a blessing she is to me. I look forward to looking after her.

I'll be reefing vicariously thru you and Joel. We gotta hook up soon cuz you've missed a couple of get togethers here.
