Hey all,

I haven't seen it posted on here in while, so I thought I would invite all the new TBS rock owners to join Pat's thread:

We talk about our TBS experiences, try to help out on IDs of the various hitchhikers and we LOVE pictures. Especially Pat, she twisted my arm to come here and post this. Gotta watch her!


Just kidding, we are a friendly bunch and are well behaved except when we are going through lack of picture withdrawl pangs. :bum: Like now...please help us...... :lol:

Thanks for the invite--I see Pat is from Long Island. Anyone from the Island is good by me. I lived there most of my life...

You did? Where? I'm coming down to Florida next week for a little down time. Only staying 10 days, but it's better than nothing.

Okay, I live out east in Suffolk...Ridge.
We're heading to West Palm, Jupiter and then we're going to take a ride over to Tampa to visit a reefer who posts in our thread. Might try to meet up with Richard too if he isn't diving.

I'm in Melbourne Beach--just south of Cocoa Beach and the Kennedy Space Center.

Thats nice there too. We were there (Coco Beach) for a soccer tournament my daughter played in about 7 years ago. We went down the day after Christmas, and I had to go buy a bathing suit because it was like 87Ã"šÃ‚º the entire 9 days!!

I'll bet the tournament was at Cocoa Expo? Just west of I-95 on SR520...

I guess you hit the Pier and visited the world famous Ron-Jon Surf Shop?

Yes..that was the tourney, and yes, did go to RonJon's. Got some nice stuff there too.

Hey Now all,

I just put an e-mail through last nite for the 20 gallon size package! I am waiting to hear back from them to confirm the order. The package will be going into a 40breeder tank 36x18x16 that already has about a half inch sand bed and some existing gulf rock.
I am super pumped and will post pictures once the first shipment arrives! I hope it doesn't take too long! This tank will be strictly a gulf biotope and I am hoping to showcase colorful sponges, bivalves etc...
I'll give an update soon!
