the wrasse like two pictures up, looks like a Broomtail wrasse. but could be wrong!

i live in western australia and in year 11 was planning to do my marine biology course over at JCU, i was wondering as one of the prerequists was maths B to you happen to know what it equates to for w.a maths (calculus, applicable or discrete) for my subject selections next year.
by the way i love your pictures and it will be a great inspiration for my studies next year!!

that wrasse on the first page is a sunset wrasse i believe.

Hey guys, sorry ive been absent for so long, ive just been rather busy with work.
Im now working at the ReefHQ aquarium in townsville working on and in the tanks. Im diving in the largest living coral reef tank in the world, and doing the shark shows in the predator tank.
Thats only a few days a week though, so the other days im out doing SCUBA instruction on the GBR and at the Yongala wreck.
Im hoping to have a new batch of photos up very soon, so stay tuned. These will include some rather juicy ones from the aquarium that im sure will be of great interest to everyone here!

Just to let you know the different worlds we live in it is -13°C, -22°C with the wind, or 8°F, -8°F with the wind here in Ottawa, Canada. Nobody is doing any diving around here. :eek2: Boy do I wish I was anywhere else right now.

Well, its about that time again.
Ive got a few shots from the aquarium at work today, but theres a cyclone closing in so theres no diving for a bit.
(BTW please excuse the spelling, my apostrophe and colon key have gone awol from my keyboard)
Ill post a steady stream of little tidbits from the aquarium and surrounds over the next few weeks.
