Heads up for Wavebox

Hi Roger,

just a heads up from me for your wavebox, I wanted to move the box bit outside my tank and so built a tank especially:

Wow, I have to say, I like your design.

Literally - thinking 'outside the box' !

Are there concern with water leaks ? How or what did you seal it with ? (the nose of the stream to the side of the glass ?)

the pump is held in place with a nylon washer, the pump to washer and washer to pump are a good push fit.

Is that all a wavebox is? Looks like a stream on really short pulses. Pretty cool design for a tank BTW. I wish I had a taller tank so that I could drop the waterlevel to be able to handle the wave, but I can't. Reason enough to build another tank.

Hi Bill,

Yes a wavebox is a box with a 6200 stream in it , with an adjustable pulse to suit the resonance of your tank, the main reason for building a new tank was to allow for the wave height and to move all equipment out of the tank.
