Hey all! I'm a fellow upstate NYer (Brockport) and it looks like I found the spot where alot of upstater reefers hang out! I just started in the hobby in January and am the proud owner of a budding 55 gal reef tank. I only have some zoa's, hammer coral, and shrooms but I'll be upgrading the tank in the near future to probably a 72 or 90 gal bowfront. Then I can really create my reef:fish1:.

I look forward to picking everyone brains here for valuable bits of info and I'll be sure to share whatever I know and help out when I can!

Welcome! I started about a month before you so don't feel like the only new got to the show!

FYI: I am currently runny a oceanic 72 bow stainless on the stainless steel look stand. Once my new tank is running I might be breaking down the 72 and selling. Not sure yet.

Thanks for the warm reception! I'm actually on the west edge of Brockport right on the Orleans county line. It is definitely great having Marine Oasis 15 mins away, I like to stop by there every couple weeks to poke around and see if anything catches my eye.

What kind of tank are you taking down Josh?
