[Help] What's wrong with my toadstool?!

He's been in my tank for about 2 weeks now and was bent over for most of it, but I was told that's normal. I just looked at him and he looks horrible! this is my first coral and I'm already getting discouraged. Here are my tank specs:
55 gallon DT
30 gallon sump
5' sand bed
~100 lbs of rock
chaeto
koralina 4 power head
Koralina 1 power head
2' Zebra moray
small goldenline grouper
large domino damsel.
0 ammonia
0 Nitrite
> 10 nitrate
finnex ray 2 LED lights

Please help save my toadstool And thank you!

These corals need a secure base, a lot of light and A LOT of chaotic flow to really thrive IME. They also don't like it when you fiddle with them to much. A "set it & forget it" kind of coral if the above conditions are met. (parameters & lighting aside) GL.
