So, my wife is basically awesome. She went out to buy paper towels and some other essentials, and when she came home she calls me downstairs and says "I wanted to let you know I was thinking of you!" and hands me a 3" ORA Pocillopora frag!

So, here's to all the wonderful ladies (and gentlemen) that tolerate our obsession and even go out of their way to try to understand and support it! We love you!

I just said to my wife, "Let me read this to you...and take note". After I read it she said, "Note NOT taken".

Rubbish!!!

You are a lucky man.

My wife is also very supportive. She especially loves the seahorses

My only problem with that is if she came home with something that is grade B and I have to ask her how much she paid for it. Because of that attitude she's scared to buy me anything. I guess I'm kind of a jerk.

I came home once to find a yellow tang already acclimated and swimming around my tank. That was a great gesture and really worked out well but thank God she didn't put some LPS nipping angel in there. I would have flipped. Or hey honey,I know you really like mantis shrimp. Look what I got you, see he's sitting on that rock right there. Or a pseudochromis.

My wife knows nothing enters the tank without an adequate quarantine (except in the rare case that I veto the quarantine period for special circumstances). Mantis Shrimp in the quarantine is still a really amazing, heart warming gesture :)

Putting up with the noise, spills, buckets...is enough to deserve a huge thank you from me. Sounds like you are with someone who enjoys the tank as much as you do for her to do that.
