I was told the anemone was collected from Africa. I guess allot of the red based Mag's come from there.

There are a lot of red ones that come out of Africa but not all are as vibrantly colored as yours. However, Africa is not the only place to get them and I have seen red based mags with ocellaris clowns in wild dive photos.
