How rare is this?

Thank You

Thank You

This has been an awesome thread. I've enjoyed reading from Florida. Here, we can only look, and not touch. What you have is amazing. Again, Thanks for posting your pictures and travels.

Your Tank

Your Tank

I wanted to also say your tank is amazing. Does your livestock last or do u have RTN problems and then just replace with new livestock?

Quite surprisingly I have not lost much livestock at all. I have had my Duncan for around 4 years now along with a nice pink goni collected at the same time.

Here you go. Some bad photos of the tank.

Lewy,

I happened across this thread yesterday. I cannot express enough my heartfelt gratitude for you sharing your part of our blue planet, with us. Truly amazing!

I think I might have picked up a few things from you neck of the woods (so to speak) you tell me. I got these at a frag swap here in Indiana from a very nice man that lived in Wisconsin, snow country of all places.

He told me they were flower anemones and an Aussie hammer coral all from Australia.

Thanks again, for your time spent to make others happy! It's the sign of true character.

Deepest respects,

That 'hammer' coral looks more like a Torch coral to me. Be careful with that one next to other corals ... VERY potent sting (it looks very close to its neighbor). I have a large one just like that and it fell onto another coral during a re-scaping. Burned the area it touched instantly!

This thread make me want to move to Australia if they changed their rules against violent video games it would be heaven for me.

I found this thread last night and now have read through the whole thing.....
OMG! I would be so absorbed into looking under every rock or every pool to notice all the dangerous critters around. I wish I was able to go reefing the way you do. Of course I would prob end up getting snorkels and fins or scuba gear just to be able to see it all in its full glory. Goes to show the toughness of these critters in their natural environment vs artificial. Do you see any acan colonies or are those deeper water, as they prefer the lower lights...
