ID please?

Found while dipping euphyllia. Have a hard shell. Possibly some sort of clam or crab? They didn't open up, but did wiggle little leg looking things... This is under magnification, they are tiny, probably slightly bigger than a grain of sand.

So... I'm thinking they may be really early stage amphipods... They look just like the standard run of the mill amphipod on its side, except they have that weird shell. The antenna and shape of the legs and everything looks like an amphipod, the "shell" is throwing me off... And I cant find any pics online of baby amphipods.
