Well I couldnt stay away so I just started the new 30 gallon oceanic cube just finished filling it and adding sand. still need to find a HOB skimmer or one with a very small footprint. live rock and a powerhead. if you have anything let me know

I may take you up on that mag trying to figure out what I am going to do with this darn sump. 5 gallons is just tiny I really had to jump through hoops to get it not to overflow when power is shut off. I have been debating on drilling through the wall (thank god my wifes not on rc) and putting a larger sump in the garage I would have to build a small enclosure around it and insulate it like a cooler but I dont think it would be too bad as the garage isnt heated.
