Is this Leucokranos?

I would say no. Those look like they are all A. akallopisos. The one in question does have some additional markings but I don't think it is a leucokranos.

I appreciate your input. I thought this could be a lower grade Leucokranos. I think it's still very possible because having done a google image search I couldn't see any orange skunks with side burns...that's in addition to having observed hundreds of orange skunks over the years at various fish stores and display Aquariums.
The fact that the clown in question came in with a group of orange skunks might support a proposition in favor of Leucokranos ID since the two groups are known to cohabit together.
I am still unsure of what type this clown is.

On the other hand, it's stripe from head to back goes well far behind unlike Leucokranos. I guess this is just an aberrant orange skunk.

IMO they are not orange skunks, they are A. akallopisos, the false skunk clown. It's hard to tell from the pictures, but the dorsal stripe does not appear to go all the way to the upper lip as it does on the orange skunk.

Right. Got those two scientific names mixed up.

I thought something about that fish looked familiar. Check out a thread from 2007 about a very similar fish that I acquired. I'm not sure any definite conclusions were agreed on.

Was that a wild caught or tank raised clown? The clown in question here is wild. The store usually gets shipments from Indonesia but they also currently have an aberrant wild caught A. Percula with extra white and black markings akin to semi-Picasso. The pic below doesn't capture the extra white markings (pectoral fin obstructing the view) but gives you an idea. The extra white color towards the end of of the middle band can be seen however. Those are typically found in PNG and SI...Leucs are also found in SI. The reason I bring it up is to share the context of this shipment.

The main reason I ruled out leucokranos is because the other fish in the shipment appear to be akallopisos which are not associated with leucokranos. If the others are sandaracinos, then it would be possible. Mine was wild caught if I remember right. I wish I still had it.

That's a pretty normal PNG/SI percula with the Picasso gene. I've seen quite a few of those when we still had a store here getting SI percula.

Behind the PVC pipe???? He's in a tank with Orange skunks. Thanks.
I would have grabbed it and added it to my collection back the day regardless, but I was a sucker for oddball wild clowns :)

I'll defer to the opinions of those folks that really play with the hybrids for any suggestion of a proper ID.
