I would say no. Those look like they are all A. akallopisos. The one in question does have some additional markings but I don't think it is a leucokranos.
I guess this is just an aberrant orange skunk.
IMO they are not orange skunks, they are A. akallopisos, the false skunk clown. It's hard to tell from the pictures, but the dorsal stripe does not appear to go all the way to the upper lip as it does on the orange skunk.
I thought something about that fish looked familiar. Check out a thread from 2007 about a very similar fish that I acquired. I'm not sure any definite conclusions were agreed on.

Could a be a leucokranos that leans alot towards the Sandaracinos side of the hybrid?
With the wide dorsal stripe going almost all the way to nose, dot for sideburn, and a white tail I really think it s a leucokranos with a high percentage of Sandaracino.

Was that a wild caught or tank raised clown? The clown in question here is wild. The store usually gets shipments from Indonesia but they also currently have an aberrant wild caught A. Percula with extra white and black markings akin to semi-Picasso. The pic below doesn't capture the extra white markings (pectoral fin obstructing the view) but gives you an idea. The extra white color towards the end of of the middle band can be seen however. Those are typically found in PNG and SI...Leucs are also found in SI. The reason I bring it up is to share the context of this shipment.
