GSM, mcrist- yep, I'm getting a tank from James at Envisions. Ordered it yesterday, he thinks somewhere around 5 weeks and I can come pick it up. I went 74x36x24",ext. overflow box,ext. wavebox,black back. This tank is standard 3/4" all the way around.No flame polish, hand sanded edges to a 1200 grit sand paper. Can't wait

well the cool thing is that I am able to go to the MAPS under the iPhone and it will tell me where I am at. It picks up the nearest cell towers and calculates my distance. I had to use it this weekend.

Tritonian, I took a shot, but didnt like it to much. Cant get the clarity I want. They are growing very well!

Chad, cant wait until you get your tank!! What will you do with your current AO tank? Refund?

Yeah. I remember the first couple of weeks after it came out. I saw you and fliger posting in the iphone forums I stopped going there as it was taking away from my RC time.

T-bone-hmm, what skimmer?? Kind of like the look of the NS4000, H&S A250 2x1260 may be a option. I like the Grotechs too,maybe HEA250 but I don't know if Gary has any left or not?

E, Well, if it stays together I will try and sell it and the stand as a "it is what it is kind of sale" There may not be a thing wrong w/ it and someone would be getting a great deal. Or maybe someone that is'nt afraid of DIY could do something w/ it.

If it breaks....hopefully there is big enough pieces that I could put together to use as a shelter when my wife puts me on the porch

I'll start a build thread when James sends me a update on the tank. I think he will get into it sometime first to mid part of April.

noob here...just want to say how amazing your tank looks...i had to go through 80 pages and 2 split thread just to see more of the tank..

With the large dimensions of the tank and no access on the back side, how do you keep the back wall so clean? I have a terrible time with coraline algae and I can still reach my hand behind the tank to use my magnet scrapper.
