I've had my Naso tang for almost two weeks and he still shows no interest in nori.

He is eating well on frozen mysis and picks at algae on the rocks, but won't eat nori on a clip... tried garlic but that didn't take either. Any other suggestions? Doesn't look skinny but I'd feel better if I knew for sure he was getting the amount of algae he needs daily.

Have you tried some different flavors? Green, red, brown algae? Also, try attaching some to a piece of rock with a ruuber band. That way as he is picking along the rock, he may nibble the sheet and realize it is food. Then you can transition to the clip if that is more convenient (doesn't get your hands as wet).

I wouldn't be too concerned, most fish expand the scope and volume of what they will eat as they get more settled in.

If you have algae in your tank, it could be nibbling at the rocks and have no interest in the Nori. I agree what is said ^^^, it may seen more natural if it's attached to a rock. Naso are known to be picky at first.

don't want to be the first to say it, but that is a difficult fish to get to start eating and plus he needs a HUGE tank to feel comfortable. Minimum 180 gallon at the very least

I'd echo that the Naso Tang is not the easiest fish to get eating. Some eat right away, others never do, and still others need coaxing. I have also had Tangs that took weeks to get the hang of the clip, so some perseverance is required. As long as the fish is eating Mysis, I would not be concerned. Eventually it'll eat the seaweed.
