First the good news. The tank is setting in my basement. :thumbsup:

Now for the bad news. One of the euro braces was broken on shipping:thumbdown

Very poor packing on the part of Glass Cages. I am waiting on a reply from GC as to how to proceed. More later today.

Update: Still no word on how this is going to be resolved The owner I was told is in China. Was told it might take a couple of days for a answer.:hmm3:

As of this moment I am planing to set the tank Saturday. If anything changes I will post and PM everyone.

As tempting as that :beer: sounds, I think we'll stick with Florida (we might even have a few :beer:s while we're there). :lol: We're headed to Navarre, it's between Pensicola and Destin. We'll also be in Orlando for a little Disney action for the kids, and swing up through Atlanta on the way home to visit the Georgia Aquarium. :thumbsup:

Me too:sad2: I am willing to fix it myself if they are willing to send me what I need to repair it.

There are 3 parties at fault here. First is GC for improper crating. The trucking company for being negligent and lastly the one that makes me the maddest is me for not making sure that it was inspected before it was unloaded off the roadrunner freight truck. I should know better. :mad2:

After much debating I have decided to put off setting this tank until I hear back from GC.:sad2: I was going to go ahead a set it but as my wife pointed out fixing it would be a lot easier on the floor than in the air. I appreciate all of you guys willing to help and hopefully you will be available when I get this resolved. It is just a slight set back and there is no reason to get in a hurry now and not do it right. I will keep you posted.

It will be at least 2 weeks before I try this again.:headwallblue:
