Well, it's only a week away, so hopefully I'll remember to go on Saturday instead of Sunday!!! See everyone there!

In addition to the FRAG membership form, is there any kind of buyers info guide or anything that new members can take a look at? Or can someone describe how things work at the auction? I'm used to swap meets, this will be my first club auction.

The evening before the auction, they will post the final sales list. You need to download and print it out. It will have the lot number, the seller, and the opening bid.

You get there for the viewing (bring a good light to look at corals with) and decide what you are going to go for. You register, and get your bidder number.

They go through each item; if you want it, hold your number up. As the price rises, numbers fall. The last bidder number wins, and they bring you the coral. At the end of the auction, you all line up and pay your tab.

Great time is had by all, awesome food and drink is downed by all (pretty reasonably priced) and then everyone goes home!

Hope that helps!

Ryan will cover the rules at the start of the auction; it's pretty simple.

And +1 to John's comments.

Sounds good!

Forgot to add for my corals, all are under full spec LEDs at 40/80% white/blue
All of them like med-low flow, most were at the bottom or middle of a 24" tall tank
1.026 IO water, cal is 440, alk 8.5

Here are some pictures of what I will have at the auction. Most of these pictures are from the colony itself unless noted.
Pink Aussie Acro - Mother colony. Will be a nice size fresh cut frag.

Blue tipped Stag acro - Mother colony. Will be a nice size fresh cut frag. Quick grower and gets very bright blue tips.

Jedi Mint Trick monti
Jedi Mint Trick monti - Edge of mother colony. Frags are approx. 2" square and not mounted.

combo zoa rock - No pictures. One clump of WWC Hypnotics, and one clump of what look like Blondies. Approx. 10 polyps total.

Sunset monti - No picture. Frag has been laying on the sand bed and needs to mounted to a rock with medium light and good flow.

Seasons Greetings monti - Edge of mother colony. Bright encrusting monti that will plate when it needs more room or light.

Sunrise Equinata monti - Very similar to chili pepper monti. Same growth characteristics as Seasons Greeting monti.

Orange digi monti - Picture from last PROP auction that sold. July piece is same size and just as nice.

Yellow tort acro - Older picture. Will be a nice size fresh cut frag.

Mind Blowing Palys - Here is one polyp in the right of the picture. Big palys that grow rather fast.

Superman monti: Classic monti that grows extremely well under med-high light and flow. Needs to have plenty of room around it as it will take over weaker corals.
