I have been in the market for a few large reefsafe wrasses for my 300 gallon DT and im having a hard time finding any that wont eat my CUC... im wondering if anyone can share some info on a few.

lineatus are beautiful, get to be 5"+ and are reef safe...

Well, I don't know about crabs but they shouldn't eat snails. Either way crabs will eat snails so that shouldn't matter :D

i've seen a paddle fin wrasse today... SOoOoOOoo sick! banana wrasse (male & female) are both nutz! I hate that having a CUC is important to a reef

who said that they are important...? my tank only had 2 hermit crabs for two years... pods and worms are the best clean up crew... snails are also teh lose...

Well i also dont want them eating my neon gobies (my female bird wrasse ate 3 of my 6 blues I had) so i cant have any wrasse that will chew on smaller fish or my cleaner shrimp :(

I have a very large sixline line wrasse that ate a small yellow coris wrasse but in return yellow coris wrasse eat him from inside out. No joke i witness it.
In regards with your search No such wrasse maybe in fairy tales.lol

A big wrasse is just going to knock and move corals, eat your inverts, etc.

Its really hard to resist, there are some that are just gorgeous. The Formosa Wrasse is one of my favs.
