Mike, thank you! When you tank 'grows up' it's not going to need to look like anybody else. It's in a class of its own!
Thanks! I'll do my best!
anytime, Flo!
Thanks, I hope to not disappoint!
The really close ups are with Canon's 100 mm macro L lens- so yes, a very good lens. But most of the wider shots are with Canon's EF-S 15-85 mm. Not an L but still pretty sharp.
I'm looking to buy the 60mm macro by Canon just it have a little bit wider field of view but still the sharpness of a macro..
Here's a few more..
This is supposed to be called Cherry Blossom. It hasn't started to grow yet, so I'm not sure what its potential is.. From uncle Raja.
This is a cool wild Aussie frag that grows excruciatingly slow.. Very cool looking..
Last one.. Classic red dragon. Always looks so cool up close..
Ok.. That's all my new shots...
Good luck with the marathon and thanks, Robbie!Just jaw dropping pictures Matt
I'm going to read through the whole trend
Well, Dom.. I got a few more...I'm not even going to say anything in protest of your amazing tank!! All these nice comments... hah! Not from me :lolspin:
Geeray, which lens, the macro or the zoom?Interesting I have the same lense. Now I just need a tank as nice as yours to photograph... Lol
Could be Flo, we'll have to compare once they start growing.
you're an acro growing machine
Geeray, which lens, the macro or the zoom?
...
Thanks, Flo!i´m going to block your thread from my list and sight!
amazing corals
thanks again Matt
Cheers
I have both the lenses you described and I agree both are nice! Never heard of the 60mm macro lense you describe. Is it a true 1:1 macro lense?
Thanks, Flo!
Yes, the macro is a 1:1. It's not an L lens but I'm sure it's nice and sharp.
Do you have a viewing box? That's the ideal way to take top down shots..
Perry, thanks for checking in! And thanks for the kind words. The tank is really hitting its stride, I am very happy with things at the moment.Matt,
Dude, you have the craziest collection of acros, and I cannot mention them all, but that jaw dropper is freaking sick! Not only do you have the crazy collection, but you have mad reefing skills too, and the camera work is top notch as well, I love the last set of photos, just awesome bro! Cheers
well, get on that and take some pics!No viewing box yet but I plan on buying one soon.
So much freakin' eye candy! Love the new pics!!
