There's certainly a learning curve. If you've ever done any sort of coding, it's pretty easy to catch on.
Neptune's own forum (there's a link under "support" on their homepage) can help out a ton however. Not only for general help, but also to gather ideas.

no they won't. MAP just means 'minimum advertised price'. You can actually sell them at any price you want. My LFS always beats or meets online pricing.
I always try to support my LFS first, then online.
Well, sure; they could sell for more than that, but that doesn't strike me as a wise idea in the internet age.Agree Map pricing is what LFS have at least sell it for.
