Congrats on the split. The Reeflo 250 drain was added to the second generation of 250s, around the same time the Reeflo 200 became available. You really have been working non-stop on your new setup, and it is paying off to be a great system. I can't wait to get my Apex in and start playing with it.

Wouldn't you know that my internet router was on the fritz when the split occurred! I was trying to configure the Apex for the internet and somehow the Linksys router magically reset itself, password and all!
Anyway, we're back online, after a lengthy conversation with Cox Communications and Linksys customer service in a land far, far away... by the way, the Linksys rep was excellent...

Wow.... You split...... I am in the process of narrowing the demension so I can get my aquarium built! I'm in it for the long hall. I guess my thread won't actually heat up until later this year! It's still in the planning phase! And u convinced me to do the hybrid tank! Found a dealer in Houston! :bum:

I am amazed to visualize the impact of lighting on tank PH. Here is a graph of the temperature and PH in the DT today:
When the lights come on, they have a marked impact on the tank PH, which compliments the temperature rise from lighting and daytime heat in the fish room.
I have not used a heater yet, as the tank has never gone below 76, nor has it risen above 80.5 degrees.
I just finshed the second water change using the ednadsandy water system. Elapsed time: 7 minutes.
