Mantis Id Help Please

He came in on some TBS (Tampa Bay Salt Water) rock. Every mantis I have ever found on this rock has been a Neogonodactylus wennerae. This one however is different. He is stripped. I can confirm that he is a smasher, and he is only about 1.25" long. His meral spots I thought were white, until I watched the video I took of him over, and over. In the video they almost look white with small purple centers. I will try to get better pics of him tomorrow after he wakes up. His coloring is a brick red with blueish green strips. Here are the pictures, and video I was able to get tonight. I know they wont help to much, but I tried to get the best pics. ;)

My current thought is that it might be a male Neogonodactylus oerstedii.

Any help would be appreciated.

I have confirmed the meral spots are white, the bottom of his hammers are orange, and the tail "fins" are green, and blue, with an orange fringe on the outside portion of each fin.

So now I dont know what it is. Can the N. Wennerae have a stripped body like this, and the bright colored hammers/tail fins?

Look again at Roy's List under N. wennerae. The second image is amost identical to your animal. N wennerae is quite color polymorphic with color and pattern depending on habitat and depth. They can be sold green or burnt rust, light sandy colored, brown mottled or just about any variation in between.
