May have killed a head of frog spawn

After a major aquascape I had this coral out of water for about 45 minutes. It was 3 total heads, now there are 2 healthly heads and one that looks very rough. Any advice on how get it to come back or is basically dead

sorry for the pic size, I use imgur and have no clue why the images are always so huge.

second pic is better. Its the head on the right you can see a little bit of green peeking through but nothing like it was prior to being out of water

It may come back, as long as there is some flesh, frogspawn/hammers have an unusual ability to seem to come back from the dead. Why did you keep it out of water for so long?

Poor judgement, in the past I could knock out a total re-aquascape in a 16 gallon tank in like 15 minutes. But this was different because I'm a new dad, and my wife was working so I had to stop working on the tank to change diapers and get the baby to stop crying.. I really underestimated how much longer it would take with a 4 month old.
Lesson learned. I also lost a birds nest coral.

Lol I hear ya. I've got my first due in May, so I'm sure I'll have a big adjustment in time spent on the tanks.

oh yeah, downgraded my 125 to a 16. Lol. You'll see. Automate as much as you can.

Anyway thanks for info on the frogspawn. I hope it comes back. The other 2 heads see to be doing just fine
