Meanwell LDD driver: for those who want to dim to 0 using Arduino

Ive also got a favor for the people that can develop circuit boards. I can get pretty much anything you want laser cut I work for an OEM CNC Laser Cutting Machine Manufacturer. I would be willing to trade my services and material for your design capabilities. Id like a custom board designed.

So after I helped Aaron design the files he needed for his setup, he did a lighting enclosure for me. I required a size that would allow me 24x 3w LEDs and cutouts for a cooling fan, 16x2 lcd and exhaust vents. He did a great job on it, even took the time to make it to where I can bend the sides to put in some plexi-glass. If you guys need it done I definitely would have him do it again.

Now the enclosure:

Have anyone made gerber files for a 5up with a pullup resistor on the pwm? I need it to use my GHL LEDControl4 Passive

try for the warranty replacement/repair, just don't volunteer any information about how it was used just that it stopped working. overheating can kill them if there isn't adequate ventilation over time.

Welp got the bad news, they found corrosion and it's not covered under warranty. I also requested pictures to document the issue because originally they sent it back to me and said that it worked perfectly fine (which it didn't) and that they tested it for hours on a lab bench to make sure it'd still work.

Still waiting back to see if it can be refurbished/fixed for a price less than the cost of a new one... we'll see. Word to the wise, do NOT have these power supplies anywhere near the humid areas of a tank (so like the same room!)

I have some 5up pcb-s for sell a total of 9 of them for the price of 20 bucks plus shipping from europe.

all details throu the pm

I'm about to order my LDDs and I just want to make sure I'm doing this right... I have 132 Crees total and I have 4 channels of 24 blues and whites each in parallel, then 12 blues, 12 high noons and 12 violets on the other three for a total of 7 channels. That's putting me in the 462V range, correct? So, would this PSU work?

Thanks in advance...

anyone have an extra 5x driver board v3 with jumpers? PM Me before I order some later this week

anyone come up with a good way of housing them? Right now I have my driver board in a box with the led, I run power to the box and the pwm signals via conduit, I would like to clean up the box maybe with something better, what is everyone else housing their dreamchips in?

O2surplus is there anything that would prevent your current design of the analog to PWM convertor from running more than just 4 channels? Would the current chipset support lets say 8-10 channels, if I were to redesign with more input and output terminals.

The Atmega328 only supports 6 Analog In/ 6 Pwm out. You'd have to the Mega's 2560 chipset to get more.
