Hey everyone -

I might have to part ways with my female Gonodactylus Chiragra, Rose, in the upcoming weeks :( Im moving to a new house and dont know if i can support 3 tanks at the same time for the moment, so I had to chose between Rose and my G. smithii Loki (loki won...... how sad when you have to choose favorites between stomatopods) Right now im trying to see if my brother wants to take him from me, but if not, I would like to sell her (for a small price or trade, nothing outrageous) to a qualified person here on RC.com..... But i figured i should post a few weeks ahead of time incase someone needs to set up a tank in advance. Basically i just wanted to see if anyone would be interested (and if they are, i wanna see proof of a good home!)... Ill keep everyone posted on what I plan to do with it. Thanks!

PS - Ill post pics when I get home later today

alrighty, my bro cant take it, so I will be looking to sell/trade my mantis shrimp to a good home! PM me if your interested!

She is a approx. 3" female Gonodactylus Chiragra named Rose. She is beautiful, and is quite the hermit hunter/ live rock engineer.

Yeah, im seariously thinking about scrapping my 110 gal and going back to a 55...were that happening any time soon Id deffinately take her.

If you could hold on to her until like november I too would love to have her. It would be nice to have a pair (in sepperate beds :D), but I am getting ready to interview for a job in colorado. Moving just what I have is going to be a logistical nightmare.

if no one takes her, keep in touch with me thurge......... shipping to colorado might be a little scary in november, but we'll just have to see!

I might be trading all my old FW tank stuff for a 6 gallon Eclipse acrylic tank -- but I'm not sure if that's big enough for her.

a 6 gallon should be enough....... Dr. Roy lists a 5 gallon as the minimum size a full grown one should be in. Lemme know if you get that tank
