Er... it's completely made up, It was a model I made for a tank I set up a few years ago. I ended up not completing the setup because I had to move.

I started the tank, got the rocks in the right shapes and positions, already had a sarcophyton there, but the tank did not live long enough to turn out like I planned. Here's another
This sandwich-reef is obviously impossible, but I always asked myself why hasn't anyone thought about at least suspending some rocks in the aquarium, like inverted islands or stalactites: only sand in the bottom and islands hanging from the top... it wouldn't be such a hard thing to accomplish.
are these rocks leaning up against the overflow? it looks good

What kind of lighting are you using on that? how well do SPS do in it? is there any form of filtration?
I think it would be neat to set up a cube just like that.
