If you want to see unspoiled paradise, I have the place for you.

I have been all over the world diving, and have never seen reefs is such pristine condition. The island is privately owned, and the resort has just opened this month.

This is truly a magical place be it for diving or relaxing, it doesn't get any better than Long Caye at Lighthouse Reef Atoll !!

American Airlines fly's into Belize city, you get on the boat and two hours later you are there in paradise.

There is a fully stocked dive shop on the island, and most dives are within minutes of the dock. The world famous "blue Hole" is 8 miles from the end of the dock!

When I was there I snorkeled off the beach, and collected conchs and lobster for dinner, was amazing.

Just beautiful, Richard.

If I ever get far enough ahead that I don't have to fly till I die, maybe I can join you down there...if I can get my wife to move more than 10 miles away from wherever the kid ends up.

BTW, I feel compelled to point out that United flies to Belize City twice a day from Houston, 737 NG service both ways. :D

LOL...thanks Capt. I knew I was going to hear from you on that....!!!!

Also Delta fly's in there...but I use American from Tampa, as I leave my house at 6am....and am on the island at the resort by 4pm..same day !!....if all goes well!

All those airlines work...just depends on your location..when are you going to come down from........sorry no strip on our island....but there is one on northern Caye 15 miles north! and we will pick you up on the boat!!
