first off, just wanna say AWESOME thread, kudos to all you guys taking the chance to try something different- it's because of people like you that this hobby has taken off to new heights. a buddy and i are gonna try this out on a 150 and a 90 so i wanted to be very clear on which products are the most reef safe, worry free to use in this application:

-for the resin Zap! curing epoxy...

-and for the spray foam (is this the vinylester Fury was talking about?) which brand is most recommended?

I used the 20 minute epoxy from Bob Smith industries but, I have heard that the Zap epoxy works too. The spray foam that I used was Great Stuff (red can). You can get tit at Lowes or THD.

I'm upset....... I just came back from HD and while I saw several sets, they wouldn't sell them! Shame on you Kannin for passing on bad information! LOL

By the way I have my tank up and fish in it. This weekend I start putting coral in. I have pictures to post but just need to get the time to upload everything. I personally am very happy with the results.
