My Mag and Sebae

The mag recovered and wandered a bit. now it seems to be anchored on some branches

the new blue tip sebae--as usually it's totally bleached. I'll record how it gets its tan color. the healthy color's supposed to be tan with purple tips. its mouth however closes tight

Yeah the Sebae does look completely bleached. The one I have is slightly darker than yours, but still not close to tan. Your pic gave me a great reference.

Yeah that sebae is bleached pretty bad. Hopefully it gets its color back. Here is my Sebae and Maroon clowns. I have owned them for about 2 years now.

I guess LA often oversells its DD agricultured corals but usually undersells its regular anemone inventory. their representative pictures of mag and gig are horrible.

I don't know how but it happened. there's a very small cut or laceration--say 1/8 inch--just around the mag's mouth

it stays inflated and its mouth stays closed tight--though swollen a bit. but it starts to move to a darker place

will go and get cipro ready. sometimes they heal by themselves sometimes dont

Good luck with your bleached sebae. I tried to save one and failed miserably.

I cleaned the tank a bit. coralline algae are totally out of control

--make it darker so you can see its purple color
