I have downloaded the new firmware and graphs. Not seeing any data on graphs (just black) but I'm assuming that is due to the lack of data. I LOVE the netsetup feature and the graphs (what I've seen from the screenshots Ken put up) look great. I also downloaded the new update to AquaNotes on my iTouch and everything works flawlessly (can adjust manual settings without a problem)! Great updates Curt and thanks for the app Ken!

Will post my graph info once a few hours pass by.

Black graphs are due one of 2 issues,
1. Your Flash plugin. You need to upgrade your flash... Go to adobe.com and upgrade the player.
2. Do you have Aqua Notes on a desktop? If so, uncheck the delete log from AC option.

After updating the firmware the logs have been cleared so give it some time...

Or it could be as indicated above.

I've also noticed that I can't manually control the on/off from aquanotes. I'm running the first beta but will update tonight.

Hey everyone... when posting anything mentioning AquaNotes, please specify whether you are talking about AquaNotes for Windows or AquaNotes for the iPhone... this info will help others help you better.

My graphs are still black after 5-6 hours. My flash player is updated so I'm guessing I need to adjust #2 listed above. I cannot seem to find what Ken is referring to here (delete log from AC option). Where can I find this? I looked in Aquanotes (PC) under Tank Database > Config but did not see anything. Can anyone point me in the right direction here?

On a side note, my Aquanotes for Itouch works perfectly - great upgrade and the graphs work perfectly there.

I believe others have had this problem but I cannot find the solution.

Firmware successfully updated I see version 3.40S -4F09 on the AC3. I cannot get the webpages to load.

Running XP, firewalls off. Have verified the login, password and IP on the AC3

Getting the following from the ac3loader log:

I too am getting stuck on fatgraph.swf it sat there for about 30min, then I got bored and hit update again, and its just doing it again, but sitting at fatgraph for 5min so far again.

I managed to make it worse lol. I turned off my router DCHP or whatever, because it was mentioned in the install instructions. lol now I cant connect to the aquacontroller at all. tried doing a network restart on the ACIII but that didnt fix it. Im sure its something messed up somewhere else... maybe it reset the IP address its on, Ill have to play around with it.

Did you change the default HTTP port on your ACIII? I set mine to a different port for redirection through my firewall; I set it back to the default of 80 and the update worked perfectly.

Once the update is complete you can set the HTTP port back to whatever you want.

bilpiper: Either the port or IP is wrong. If it is working you will see "- Success" following each file name as its uploaded.

After I got everything upgraded. The web have all the new feature but my firmware still showing 3.30s. I tried the downloading the flash I don't see any dotted lines like what the direction say. Help

It would only let me update the web page after I changed the http port on the AC3 to 80. Would not let me update through the port I was forwarding.

All works great now
