New AquaController 3/3 Pro Firmware

I'm having trouble flashing the firmware on my AC3 Pro unit:

The webpage update works fine but the local controller itself is totally messed up, couldn't control it at all, the 'select' button doesn't work, etc.. Anyone having issue w/ this firmware update recently?

I had a bunch of trouble with this, ended up having to use option B I also just set a static IP in my computer and connected a cable directly from my PC NIC to the ACIII. the key was getting ALL my firewalls turned off. I had upgraded it about 10 days ago and neglected 1 firewall. The update went through with an error code but it worked... kinda, it would lock up especially when i was accessing my data log. seems all better now
