New Aquarium for St Jude Children's Hospital (800+G)

We have started "Pime My Tank" meetings in our club as a matter of fact. Basically, if a member needs some work done and wants to make it a club affair (i.e. feed us) then its a date!

ok so I am having technical difficulties with my pictures posting right..I will work on it and try again later.
I do have some good ones yet to post. please bear with me.

When you post pictures from Photobucket, all you do is double or triple click on the IMG tag line under your picture. It will say "copied" in a tiny window.

Then move to your post editor over here, and click paste. You don't need to add IMG tags at all, as Photobucket pastes them on automatically.

Always hit Enter a couple of times after a picture or your text so that the images line up properly on the left.

Once you've got your post typed up, click Preview to see if the post is displaying properly with all of your images.

Hope that helps; thanks for sharing.

Thanks Marc that will help ...I have not posted pictures on RC before and it shows. I have been there through all the blood and sweat since the tank was delivered to the campus and plan on being there to the end and beyond. The pictures do not convey how awesome this set up is but it does show the dedication to the sucess of it . I will try again in a little while to do better at the picture posting.

One of the acrylic backers ready for the rocks to be attached..the rocks were preselected and numbered with zip ties so we knew where to place the rocks

They actually let me help drill the holes and attach the rocks

I had the honor of getting to place the first drilled rock onto the acrylic peg

Thumbs up..it actually worked and the rock stayed in place

Barrett routing out the backs of the backers for the zip ties . The backers were routed in order for the zip ties to be imbedded for the backer to fit snug against the back of the tank.

Today was the day we added the rest of the rock and sand and actually got water in the tank... That was a total of 800 pounds of rock and 500 pounds of sand.
