New to this form and Slatwater - Stag Horn

Hi Folks;
I am reltivaly new to this hobby and this form. I recently started a Saltwater setup specific to the Florida key and was wondering how I can aquire a peice of Stag Hor and/or Elk horn coral? I know thay are protected at this point but are there other place people that breed.

(Correct me if I'm wrong) Staghorn (acropora cervicornis) and elkhorn (acropora palmata) corals are both illegal to keep, collect, or sell without special licensing.
