Octopus "Extreeme" Skimmer Line

Well, the title says it, do you know if you are going to be carryin this line of octo's. They use the sicce pump's with them and can push 24lpm air. They are going to be out in a supposed two mths. Any info on them would be great!

Hi,

We spoke with our distributor and they should have these in about 3 weeks. So probably figure 4 weeks for us to get them.

We do not have prices and specs yet. They sent us a few picts, they look pretty nice.

We are going to carry the new extreme reactor. We can get there regular ones as well, just would be a dropship.

I'm hopefully attaching a picture of the smaller extreme reactor. They'll have 2 sizes.

None of those links show Sicce pumps. Look like eheims or Octopus pumps to me.

Hi,

Those do look like ocean runners. They might change once they are imported those, those are some picts the manufacture sent. So they might not be exact.

Thanks for the pics and yes they definately aren't sicce's. They look like the octo pump's with the terrible venturi's........but if the price is right.....very nice! Thanks Jason!

Those darn cheap push/pull exhaust (like ER) that never worked well. Why did they do away with the ball valve?

It would be nice to just put a gate valve on it. I'm sure it's all about cost.

Sorry, no prices yet. On time frame, probably another 6 weeks. They probably won't have final prices until they clear customs and gives them the final net cost on them.

I don't understand the design difference between the internal extreme and the TS line? Can anyone clarify that?

The should design a waste collector for that new line as well as a drain in the cups.
