Official Swap Date Anounced

What do we have to do the presentations on? Is there a computer with powerpoint or should I make overheads?
 

I have to find out more before any official post on this guys, you know how rumors are, but we may need to go with plan B sooner than we thought.
 

Plan B is finding some place besides the Ca.
Nitro Community center is in the works.
Hopefully we will have an answer soon.
Don't worry there is also a plan C and D but no need to go into that, I will just say there are many options on the table and many deals that still need to be worked out but at this point the meeting is still on.

It has been confirmed that the Californian has been sold and the new owners take over Monday. It has also been suggested to me that they intend to take possesion of the tanks at the restaurant including PRT and all assets there-of. IF this is in fact the case (we will know more Monday), this could get messy.
I do not intend to GIVE them PRT flat out, if they want to keep it then a deal will be made for use of the facility ,either way we will not give them this tank or the animal in it, unless that is the way you all want it.

I am open to suggestions at this point but we are more likely to move to Plan B sooner than I had thought.

I am open to suggestions as to how you think we should proceed in this matter. Keep in mind we DO NOT KNOW what the new owners will have to say about this and until we do try to keep the name calling to a minimum <b>Jason</b> :)

Well if there are new owners then we first need to work out a contract with them on the tank. It needs to be made clear what the contract on the current tank was or the animals in the tank need to be removed before Sunday.
 
Actually if you give me a chance to reach Kevin or Andy this can probably be worked out with no problems. I was also told that the new owner wished to discuss tank maintainance with me. However this information came from Peter. And You can ask Jason, Whatever I want Peter does without a great hassle, but it is also very hard to understand what Peter is trying to say. And he may also even be the new owner. Just a feeling I have had since the rumours started. As he showed up and took over out front, just before the rumours started. I also know that he owns several other restraunts in at least 2 other states. I have a feeling Kevin and Andy get them on their feet and Peter takes over. Just what I understood of something he was trying to tell me a few weeks back. Anyway let me get back on this on Monday, as the new owner should arrive sometime during the week.

Do it

Just don't agree to anything before bringing it before the council. Give them options and express that we are willing to maintain PRT in exchange for use of the facility, Im even fine with a 1 or 2 dollar charge for drinks.

I can bring a laptop with power point viewer for presentations. If you can get it on a USB memory stick or CD I'll get it set up on the laptop.
 
I was just wondering about this meeting. My wife and I will be there and we intend to join the club when we get there. But what I was wondering, If I could bring some of my freshwater angels to this meeting. And possibly trade for some saltwater thing that I might need. And I was also wondring if any1 here could tell me where I could get a good skimmer for a 33gallon long? Thanks to all

Ok here is some news, today in the St. Albans paper there was a story about the new "Shanghai Buffet" (old Ca). According to the article.
The meeting room is free to "anyone" for parties, meetings, etc... "at no additional cost".

Is'nt that interesting?
